Played really well. Could of been 4 or 5 and thats without the stone wall penalty. Anderson superb, Lanzini awesome......Masuaku a real threat going forward and a clean sheet.

No, how far out was he?

I like him, he looks good, but haven't; seen much more than a tap in yet. This is not his fault, he's taken his chances and looks to have a good touch and decent movement.

Still haven't seen Haller score much more than a tap in. Looks decent, but far too early to know how good he is.

I thought Masuaku played a blinder on Saturday, surprised when I think I heard Yarmo got MotM, would have thought Anderson, Diop, Masuaku or Lanzini would have got it.

Second half performance was amazing I thought. We were on a completely different level to them.

Anderson just takes the piss. Plays football like he's taking a stroll. When the ball is coming into his he has already beaten his man in his head. Playing 3 or 4 seconds ahead of Norwich players. Sublime. First touch so tidy and his movement when he gets it is just so lovely to watch. Great player.

Haller is the best centre forward we have had since Ashton. He makes the difference between us being average to very good. We can definitely win something with him in our side.

Sorry am not understanding Farke’s complaint about Haller and the goal.
The centre half went down crying and then sat on the ground getting treatment for 3 mins before going off the pitch.
His medical staff decided he was ok and he sprinted back on 10 secs later without a limp.
He played on for a further 13 mins after the goal before deciding he has had enough.
Farke can go fuck himself.

I loved that when Diop went marauding up the right wing. I suspect he felt a nose bleed coming on and seemed relieved to release the ball to Noble, only for the captain to give it back, as if to say “Go on, son. You’re in the right place to cross. Do it.”

Which he did, not the worst cross we’ve seen.

Good things about Haller's goals is his actions after it none of this cross hammers bollocks pointing to badge, going into the crowd running 100 yards waving his arms about like a mental just looks like he thinking that's my job that's what I get paid for.

Few comments

Anderson is a frustrating player. Yes, some great runs and passing. but gives the ball away so much, in this game usually after all the work to get close to the goal.

Yarmolenko was kicked about too much, why didn't the ref do anything about that?

Haller is great isn’t he, so glad we never got Gomez.

Lanzini is back and getting better.

We win when Noble is playing.

What’s Diop up to with his forward forays. Love it! Do you think Pellegrini has given his backing to that?

Haller’s tackle was a miss as well. Don’t think it was red but definitely a foul and a yellow?

Unless the foul was deemed to be in the build up to a goal, VAR can't be used. Unless it was a straight red card offence, which I think we agree it wasn't?

I don't begrudge anyone for making money honestly, and do people really think people are happy just because they have a lot of it? Lots of evidence to the contrary there.

Nothing I have seen says Reid is happy being injured, no matter how much money he gets, so yeah, I feel bad for him.
